If, in the event of a consumer dispute, no agreement is reached between us and our client - a natural person acting as a consumer - the client may contact the Czech Bar Association (ČAK) with a request for out-of-court settlement of the consumer dispute.

The client may file a motion to initiate proceedings no later than one year from the date on which they first asserted the right that is the subject of this consumer dispute with us.
